Daytime excursions around Halong Bay are ideal for those who are on a budget or limited in time. There are 4, 6 and 8-hour tours to choose from, departing from Tuan Chau Island located 20km (12 miles) from Deja Vu House. Usually these tours include Sung Sot Cave, Ti Top island and optional swimming/kayaking in the bay. Prices vary from $30 to $100 per person depending on the duration of the trip as well as quality of food and the type of boat.
If you are looking for a less crowded experience, book a 5-hour small group tour to one of the hidden beaches on the bay, where you can swim in crystal clear water, paddle on a SUP or try your hand at fishing. A private seafood BBQ is available at extra cost.
